Pelosi calls for secret session CSpan now

Pelosi made a motion to call for secret session - not sure exactly how this works, but roughly:
- voice vote sounded many nays, motion denied.
-Pelosi then made point of order that quorum not present, called for voice vote.
-voting 15 minutes, underway now.
