You are a liar.

You are a liar.
The proof is in the "torture attire" worn by victims of the war crimes atrocities at Abu Ghraib.
Black robes.
Black hoods.
Somebody in the Army designed these vestments of torture.
Somebody in the Army filled out the requisition forms.
Somebody in the Army negotiated with a vendor for their manufacture.
Somebody in the Army paid for them.
Lynndie England, born 1982, of Fort Ashby, W. Virginia, did not single-handedly devise torture scenarios that were disseminated and duplicated at other U.S. government facilities. She did not sit at a table drawing the garments. She did not have the authority to requisition them. She was not empowered to negotiate with garment manufacturers for their production.
She likely was not in charge of securing them from whatever supply line that the Army used to deliver the robes and hoods to Abu Ghraib.
She obviously did not have the power to write or sign checks on behalf of the Army.
Bush lied.
The black robes and hoods, the uniform of the Abu Ghraib torture victim, is a sure sign that the atrocities were not spontaneous, unplanned, unauthorized actions on behalf of a few soldiers. Torture of detainees in that facility was planned by authorities inside the Army or by civilian leaders at the Pentagon. They planned it, they created the scenarios and they had the garments made.
Liar, liar, liar.
